commentary on annelore's opinion : hotel of tomorrow:
Alexandre and annelore have an interesting view of this article. I agree with them on the fact that we are never going to replace the human touch but i think that the future is erasing the "touch". We are living in the world where we are trying to innovate without humans touch.
I think that the hotel of the future will be successfull if people see that they don't do anything to lead their lives in a room. The human's touch in hotels is not the future. Everything has to be set up for customers so they just have to sit and relax.
This article talks about Sofitel. It is the prestige brand of accor hotel.
We see that sofitel is apprecied for the "art de vivre a la francaise".
It is a hotel with high standards. It has more than 200 hotels worldwide.
We are seeing that sofitel is growing very fast. Also, sofitel is helped by relationships with french personalities like french designer Jean-Charles de Castalbajac.

Commentary on alina's opinion:
I agree with alina. Hotels, in order to stay competitive, have to create new luxury things. The competition is tough in the luxury world. If you don't get the new amenities, others will have it before you, and the customers will pay to be in the latest, luxury hotel.
So I think that customers or groups, when they are spending time to your hotel, they have to feel like in a special place, and then tey would come back.
In this arcticle, we see that SPAs have a financial impact in hotels. Spas are representing a big asset as much as restaurants. If the spa get success, it improves the performance of the hotel.
Also, it improves the REVpar.
I think that the spa becomes a big asset for an hotel's performance. Nowadays, it is a requirement.

Commentary on chloé's opinion:

This article is not very good because it is copy paste from the press release. Also, the name LUXX is not very innovative. So i agree with chloe about that.
Today, hotels has to be futuristic and it is not the case here.
This article talks about the world of on demand sex videos. It also talks about viewing images of people having sex live over the hotels’ entertainment systems.
Research are showing that on videos on demand , a good number of those was sex films.
Also it talks about cards that can be fraudulent.
I think that what is happening is dangerous because we are going to see the intimacy of people.
Also, minors are not protected by this becasue they can take the parents credit card.
